This week in Dr Orit Unger’s class, “Global Trends in Alternative Tourist Accommodations”, in our MA program in Tourism and Hotel Management, we had an excellent and super-relevant guest lecture by Shiri Meir, Hadar Barak, and Rubi Vichman. All three are managers at Booking.com and spoke about trends in alternative hospitality.
