Prof. Amos Rolider is a tenured professor and holds a BCBA-D certification in behavior analysis from the International Board of Behavior Analyst Certification (BACB). He is also on the Fellow List, an honor given to researchers who have significantly contributed to the development of behavior analysis, as selected by members of the World Association of Behavior Analysts (ABAI). Prof. Rolider’s research focuses on the effectiveness of unique behavioral interventions for addressing common behavioral challenges in family and educational settings, including aggression, irresponsiveness, separation anxiety during sleep routines, bedwetting, weaning from thumb-sucking, and interventions for complex behavioral difficulties in children with developmental delays and significant behavioral disorders. Additionally, Prof. Rolider is dedicated to making his research accessible to parents, helping guide them in managing behavioral and functional difficulties in children. His books, Guilt Free Parenting (published by Agam) and What Do We Do Now? A Practical Guide for Today’s Parents (published by Modan), reflects his research and is accessible to both parents and educators.
