The master’s degree students (MA) in Tourism and Hospitality Management at Kinneret Academic College went on a fascinating fieldtrip this week, led by the head of the program, Prof. Alon Gelbman, and lecturer Mr. Miki Schwartz, an expert in tourism and hospitality entrepreneurship. The tour focused on topics related to the restoration and revitalization of the city of Tel Aviv through tourism initiatives. The master’s students met with entrepreneurs and managers in the American Colony neighborhood, visited the luxurious Drisco Boutique Hotel, the renovated Train Track Park, the Neve Tzedek neighborhood and the Carmel Market.
