The M.A. program in the Department of Land of Israel Studies at Kinneret College on the sea of Galilee, offers courses and areas of study in the fields of archeology, ancient and modern history, cultural studies and Israel studies. The curriculum highlights the creation of a constant connection between the classroom and the updated findings outdoors, and a rare combination between the knowledge of the land, its population, and its contemporary landscapes, and the historical and geographical background on which these were created. The program offers tools with which students can research a wide range of archaeological and historical sources, while developing critical skills and their own independent academic writing.
